Queen of Tears Episode 6 Recap and Explained: Netflix presents a Korean rom-com drama “Queen of Tears” in sixteen episodes. Hong Hae-In is an heir to the Queen’s empire and Baek Hyun-Woo is a normal worker in Queen’s company who comes from a middle-class family in a village. Hong Hae-In and Baek Hyun-Woo fall in love at the workplace without Baek Hyun-Woo knowing Hong Hae-In’s real identity.
After the marriage, they get away from each other in a relationship, but when Hong Hae In told Baek Hyun Woo that she got cancer he started loving her again. But it all got broken when she got saw the divorce paper he wrote.
Episode 6 starts where Hong Soo Cheol’s wife and Yoon Eun Seong opening Baek Hyun Woo’s room and looking for things that are useful for them. They are checking the cupboards and his table. They see a locker inside the room and get a technician to open it for them. When Hong Hae In’s father saw workers inside the house the secretary said it was some CCTV work. Also, they deleted the CCTV footage of that time. When they opened the locked they saw the divorce paper Baek Hyun Woo wrote before.

Cut to Germany, Hong Hae In and Baek Hyun Woo enjoying their trip there. The doctor sent a mail to her saying they could try increasing WBC and try for treatment. Hong Hae In went happy. But there was a backstory for it, Baek Hyun Woo met the German doctor and told him he would sue them if they don’t try to treat her. As Hong Hae In donated money for their research if they do treatment but as now they denied the treatment he can sue them. The doctor told him they could do treatment on her.
Hong Soo Cheol is begging his grandfather for the complex construction plan. But the grandfather tells him he will allow it only if Baek Hyun Woo tells him that everything is okay to go because the money is huge. There was a small flashback shown between Hong Soo Cheol and his wife. His wife doesn’t like him, she has smoking habits but is unable to smoke in front of anyone as there are CCTV inside the house.
The card Baek Hyun Woo gave to the shop to retrieve the files in it had the visual of Hong Soo Cheol’s wife putting food for a bear inside the forest the day the bear attacked Hong Hae In.
Yoon Eun Seong got information about the card at the shop, He went there and bought the card from the guy. Also, the shop guy relocated from there as Baek Hyun Woo will come there when he comes back. Hong Hae In’s aunty is in pain thinking about Hong Hae In’s condition. She tried of ways to get something to cure her but nothing came to her mind.

Yoon Eun Seong gifts the portrait chairman to his home. The chairman was very happy seeing the picture. Chairman told him that they are looking at the project, but Yoon Eun Seong said he is considering other companies too. At the same time Chairman’s secretary tells him the officers after them for money laundering issues which were caused by their staff but it will lead to the Chairman in the end. Chairman asks how the information got leaked.
The chairman’s wife has a game with him. At that time she shows him a voice bug was fitted at the table. The chairman calls for the team to check bugs and their source from the house. Apparently, they picked the source of the bug from Baek Hyun Woo’s room. It was a trap by all of them to make the Chairman avoid Baek Hyun Woo. Also, they opened the locker and showed the divorce paper to the Chairman.
Hong Hae In got a call from her mother telling her about the bug issues. But Hong Hae In defended her husband that it was a trap by others as he was not there. Hong Hae In switched off her and Baek Hyun Woo’s phones. They go to the hospital. When Hong Hae In had a checkup she went out following an illusion of her dead brother. Baek Hyun Woo runs searching for her and finds her. A flashback story is shown of her brother saving her from water and her brother died that day.
Hong Hae In’s mother started hating her after her brother’s death because her mother believed she was the reason for her son’s death. At the end of the episode, Hong Hae In’s mother sends her the photo of the divorce paper Baek Hyun Woo wrote. Hong Hae In gets emotional seeing it and throws away the flowers Baek Hyun Woo bought for her. Hong Hae In asks if this is true or not. Baek Hyun Woo says he tried to tell but couldn’t do it.

That’s a good episode, now the story got complicated. The villains won this time. How Baek Hyun Woo will take back his good figure in the family will be interesting.
