‘Dr. Plowp’ In “The Second Best Hospital in The Galaxy” : Amazon Prime presents ‘The Second Best Hospital in The Galaxy’ an eight episode sci-fic comedy animation series. In an alien world there is a second-best hospital where Dr.Klak and Dr. Sleech cure the patients by experimenting and finding the right cure with their knowledge and experience.
Each episode is a problem-solving episode were a patient needs treatment and everyone tries their best to cure it or some unexpected problems occur and everyone try to fix it.
The voiceover for Dr. Plowp is given by very famous actor Kieran Culkin. Most of the series lovers know Kieran Culkin for his acting in the HBO series “Succession”. His role in the ‘Succession’ series was outstanding and he got many fan following for his acting in it. He seamlessly lived in that role in succession. When comes Dr. Plowp when you hear his voice everyone gets the impression of real him.
He very well did the dubbing for Dr. Plowp character in this series. Kieran Culkin not only won fans’ hearts but also won many awards including Golden Globe Awards and Primetime Emmy Awards. Kieran Culkin was best choice for the voice dubbing for Dr. Plowp. He had that soft and funny accent in his vocal tone. Kieran Culkin also got appreciation from the films he acted like Father of the Bride (1991), The Mighty (1998), The Cider House Rules (1999) and Music of the Heart (1999).
Dr. Plowp is an experienced doctor in the hospital. He been working on this hospital for sometime, and he is very slolled at his job. Dr. Plowp had a crush on Dr. Sleech. Dr. Sleech also liked him at some points but not continud it for long relationship. He try his best to impress Dr. Sleech most of the times they meet. He then started a relationship with Dr. Sleech but later they brokeup.
Dr. Plowp asked help from matt to impress Dr. Sleech. Whenever a problem arise Dr. Plowp tries his maximum to help them. Even at the end of the episode he tried his best to help Dr. Sleech and others. Dr. Plowp’s appearance throughout the series is very less but on every portions, his screen presense was very well shown.
