All New Upcoming Projects Of Marvel Studios: On Sunday, we got a lot of surprises from Marvel Studios at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con 2022. Marvelous man Kevin Faige announced many exciting projects and released some exciting teasers.
Here we will talk about every project we got for Phase 5.
Ant-Man Quantumania
The first movie which will kickstart the 5th phase of MCU is Ant-Man Quantumania starring Paul Rudd, Jonathan Majors, Bill Murray, Kathryn Newton, and Evangeline Lily. Majors will be introduced as a new mega villain called Kang The Conquerer. We saw a glimpse of his arrival in Loki Season 01.
Ant-Man Quantumania will release on 17th Feb 2023.
Secret Invasion
Marve’s second project for phase 5 is Secret Invasion. This series will take some noticeable plot from the comic with the same name. The series stars Samuel L Jackson and Emilia Clarke in lead roles. Secret Invasion will release in Spring 2023. No date is finalized yet.
Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3
This will be a 3rd phase 5 project and end the guardians’ franchise. As per James Gunn, this will end the stories of Guardians on a teary-sh and happy-sad note. The movie stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, and Will Poulter in lead roles.
Guardians of the Galaxy Volume will release on 5th May 2023.
Echo
This series will follow the storyline of Maya Lopez played by Alaqua Cox. We saw her in Hawkeye and her story will be continued from where it got left. We will see her becoming a superhero as per the sources. Echo releases in Summer 2023.
Loki Season 2
All of us are waiting for this amazing show to return. Loki is the most famous and successful Disney+ Marvel show to date. As per the early set pictures and leaks, Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, and Sophia Di Martino will be back to reprise their roles.
Loki Season 2 drops in Summer 2023.
The Marvels
Sequel to Captain Marvel, this movie will be picking up Carol Danvers and her journey. So far, if we believe the leaks and everything, this movie going to be very childish and underwhelming storywise. It would be interesting how everything unfolds. The Marvels will release on 28th July 2023.
Blade
This is an upcoming marvel movie starring Mahershala and Kit Harrington in lead roles. The movie will introduce us to the new character called Blade. This is an R-rated character but the chances for the movie to be PG13 are pretty much high.
Blade releases on 3rd November 2023.
Ironheart
After the Ironman’s death, this series will follow the story of Riri Williams whom we will see in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever before we see her in this show. She will go on her journey and will create an amazing suit similar to Ironman.
Ironheart will release in Fall 2023.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos
We’ve seen Agatha Harkness in WandaVision previously and the story might continue right from there. Since the book of Vishanti is destroyed, probably Agatha is released from spells as well. Kathryn Hahn will be back again to play Agatha. We might see Wanda in this show as well but this is just my personal speculation.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos will release in Winter 2023
Daredevil: Born Again
This series will be based on the book of the same name by Frank Miller. This series will be 18 episodes long and be the longest Marvel show ever. Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio are confirmed to return playing their iconic characters of Daredevil and Kingpin.
The series will drop on Disney+ in Spring 2024.
Captain America: New World Order
This movie will continue the story of Sam Wilson aka Captain America whom we saw in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier previously. There are speculations that this movie might introduce some new characters. Anthony Macky will be back as Captain America.
The movie will release on 3rd May 2024.
Thunderbolts
This movie is a new add-on that will feature a whole new team like Avengers but they will fight their battles on their level threats. No casting is announced officially as of now but it is believed that the show will focus on pushing the story to the new Avengers movie.
Thunderbolts will release in theatres on 26th July 2024.
