Phillip is an investigative reporter for The GBH News Center and was working for them at that time, he was the first one to break the news of the incident to the whole of America and the world, in 2002 he has won George Foster Peabody Award for the news coverage of the September 11 terrorist.
He is a very talented and multi-award-winning reporter, having awards like UNDPI Gold Award for reporting on human trafficking in the year 2013, the 2017 Sigma Delta Chi award for best news report by any investigator in that year, and in 2013 New York Festival gold award and recently in the year 2022 National Edward R. Murrow Award for showing equality in his latest TV program airing on GBH news.
He has done his study in the field of international protection of human rights at Harvard Law School, and at the University of California, he has studied journalism. As of now apart from reporting and journalism, he is a board member in the Groundtruth Project and the Economic Hardship Project, and SPJ New England. Living a happy life now.
