Avinash Chandra Mishra was Up Police Inspector and later he Joined STF. He was retired on 2019 as DSP in the Uttar Pradesh Police. He is originally from Himachal Pradesh. Avinash Mishra was Part of UP STF and ATS for so long and as we said, he retired back in 2019 as DSP.
