Only Murders In The Building has returned for another Season after its super successful Season 2 which also ended with a grand setup for Season 3 showing Paul Rudd. However, Season 3 has aired on HULU, and that too, with its first two Episodes.

Only Murders In The Building Season 3 Episode 2
After Episode 1 where Ben dies, Oliver finds out that the Producers are pulling the plug on the whole play and Oliver does not accept that. At the same time, we go to the past where we see Ben alive and how incidents occurred, especially his rehearsals where Oliver seems to be helping him and where Ben is not acting like a douche.
Oliver, after finding out that his play is getting canceled tries calling the Producers but doesn’t get a response so he goes to Ben’s funeral so he could spend some time with them and convince them to not pull the plug on the play. He takes Charles and Mabel with him too.
After reaching the funeral, Oliver and the two find out that they’ve been placed in Overflow 3 where complete strangers get placed and Mabel ends up finding a guy who shows himself as Ben’s security but turns out to be a stalker who tries to kill Charles because he thought Charles had killed Ben after holding both Mabel and Charles captive.
Charles tells Mabel about how he was responsible for Ben being a douche when Ben confronted him about his childhood gig in Brazzos and how Charles got him fired. It ruined Ben as an eight-year-old at that time and he kept Charles in the play to make his life hell. The cops come in the nick of time and are saved and on the other hand, Oliver after hearing a review so bad of his play from a Broadway Critic Maxine that he gets a minor heart attack.
His doctor asks him not to do anything, especially not something that causes him stress and while Oliver lies down, he has a dream he wakes up calling the Producers about it and pitching his idea about the Broadway play being a musical and also tells that to Mabel and Charles.
Both of them do not know that Oliver has had a minor heart attack and they tell him about Ben’s death and the need for another season of the podcast. Oliver who was asked not to take any more stress now has the stress of two things altogether, solving a murder and directing a Broadway Musical.
