November Story Review: Tamannaah & Govindraj Shines In Gripping Slow Burn Thriller

November Story Review: So here it is, after an amazing and gripping trailer Hotstar original web series starring Tamannaah titled November Story is now available on Hotstar, I just finished the web series and here I am with the review of the web series, I am going to talk about the positives and negative of the web series.

The web series stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Pasupathy M, and Govindraj in main and crucial roles, the series also stars Vivek Prassana, Aruldass, Myna Nandhini in crucial supporting roles, the web series was created and directed by Indhra Subramanian. The web series has a total of 7 episodes and all episodes are of approx 40-45 Minutes in length. The series is suitable for family watching (Hindi Version) but avoid watching it with Kids.

Plot

The web series is about a murder mystery. A woman is murdered in the Vacant house of Anuradha (Played By Tamannah), when police start investigating the case they came to know that Ganeshan is linked to the case. Ganeshan is a famous crime novelist and father of Anuradha. Anuradha now takes the charge to save her father and she starts investigating the case parallel to the police, while investigating she came to know about some shocking past events, about which she was completely unaware. After connecting the dots, Police and Anuradha reaches the conclusion. who was the killer? and what was his motive, to know this you have to watch the full series on Hotstar.

Performances

Govindraj who is playing Ganeshan is the biggest highlight of the series, he has done a brilliant job as a mentally unstable novel writer, his dialogue delivery was amazing and he is a treat to watch during intense scenes. Pasupathy was equally brilliant in his role, he looks so calm and intense at the same time, his dialogue delivery was just brilliant. Tamannaah Bhatia is another highlight of the series, she had again shown, that she is one of the finest actresses of south Indian cinema. She looks way ahead of Kajal Agarwal if we compare the Live Telecast web series and this series.

Vivek Prassana as a friend of Anuradha and Aruldass as a Police officer was also good, they both add a major boost to the series in terms of performance, the series has another notable performance by Myna Nandhini, she looks good in her role too.

Analysis

This series can be a lesson for the makers of Main Hero Bol Raha Hoon, although there is no comparison between that shit and this superhit. Still, makers should see how a series can be made without using a single abuse and Skin Show. The series is completely a family-friendly show (Except few Postmortem scenes) and this is what I liked the most about it. No Single strong Languages, Not A Single Skin Show, Hats Off to the creators.

Coming to the story, the story of the series is brilliant and it keeps you hooked till the end, although the climax may disappoint you a bit, the screenplay is amazing and each episode ends with a shocking twist. Although the episodes are a little long but they worth every second of your time. The locations are good they again give a realistic feel during the series. The BGM and especially the inro music were awesome.

Overall

I am going with 3 out of 5 stars for the series, the series is a slow burn thriller with amazing performances, series is very long and the story is very slow still it deserves your time, you can watch the series with family on Hotstar in Tamil and Hindi along with the English subtitles.
