Lifetime is back with another movie, and while the platform has produced some masterpieces, films like this one clearly demonstrate that it is still growing and has a limited budget. The house where most of the major parts and the climax of the movie take place seems somewhat artificial, with low-budget props and a daughter’s bedroom that feels cheap.
Some movies can shine even with a low budget, but unfortunately, this is not the case with this film. The acting, plot, and story are all average, and you may start feeling bored after watching the movie for a while. The only redeeming aspect of the movie is the clever writing where the murderer, Brad, emerges as Kent’s lawyer, who has been framed for the murder.

The dialogue is also average, and you won’t feel any emotional connection with the characters as they are not properly introduced to us. The movie starts off at a fast pace but slows down significantly towards the end. Speaking of the ending, if you have watched similar movies before, you can probably guess the ending within the first half of the movie.
