Griselda Netflix Review: The Creator of Narcos is back with Netflix’s latest biographical crime drama series named Griselda, which is based on the story of Griselda Blanco, where we see the journey of her life and how she becomes a drug lord of Colombia. The story of this show is set in the 1980s, with a total of six episodes released and now streaming on Netflix. It is directed by Andres Baiz.

This show follows the journey of Griselda Blanco where this show begins when we see that she is stabbed with the knife and she is in pain because she wound the area of her waist and patched it. After that, she called Carmen and told her that she was coming to Miami, Florida where she help if she was able to help live with her three children and she agreed.

After that, we see that Griselda has a drug a pack of 1 kg and she is trying to sell it in Miami she wants to sell and bring his cartel of drugs to Miami where we see her journey to how she became the Godmother of Cocaine and established her cartel in the Miami and more which we see in this show.

This cinematography is top-notch and makes it feel like we are watching something from the 1900s and making it interesting whereas the camera work and the plot of the story where we see the past and present makes us more excited to see what happened next and this show feels that we are something interesting.

The total number of episodes of this show is six and this is the best part as it doesn’t feel boring and makes us excited to watch what happened next, whereas the directing of this show is perfect and makes us feel like we are watching something like Narcos. Some episode of this show feels a little dragged with the scene and the conversation which makes me bored but the plot keeps engaging.

Sofia Vergara perfectly portrays the role of Griselda and makes this character impactful along with the scene she portrays the role perfectly which makes us feel more connected. Besides that other characters especially Ferlito Isabel as Vanessa and Martin Rodríguez as Rivi impressed with the performance and the scene more depth which is interesting to watch.
