To movie was initially tilted as Kizie Aur Manny but later changed to Dil Bechara, the main reason behind the change in title of the movie was, the title track by A.R.Rehman, the songs depict Dil Bechara title perfectly so the makers decided to change the name of the movie to Dil Bechara, the movie was first slated to release on 29th Nov. 2019 but it shifted to 8th May 2020 and now due to pandemic, it is postponed again.
