In the end, Cheryl and her daughter get associated with the Black and Missing Foundation, and they together started finding her daughter, they keep pressuring the police and media to focus them on this case also, and after a few days when Cheryl and his daughter are watching TV, the news shows the white girl Jessica Russo who is been missing since days returned to her home, and it turns out that she voluntarily ran away from her house, but Lauren is still missing.
And after 30 days they get a message form their possible suspect Ian, and Cheryl asked her for a date to trap him, and when she goes to her house, she finds Lauren there lying unconscious, when the suspect came to stop them then finally the cops came to help them and arrest him, and the media also takes their interview at the end, where she says that the man they have arrested may also be responsible for the 6 more girls missing in their area, at last Lauren gets united with her family again, And the movie ends.
