Now, let’s talk about the real Betty Gore and how she died. Betty and Candy were good friends, but during her pregnancy, Betty was not well mentally. Betty and Allan went to a relationship counselor and everything seemed fine. However, Betty discovered her husband’s affair with Candy, which led to some insecurities. On Friday the 13th of June 1980, Allan left the house for a business trip, and Candy came to pick up the swimsuit of Betty’s daughter because she was supposed to spend the night at Candy’s home.

They had some small talk, but surprisingly, Betty asked Candy about the affair. Candy had no way to hide it and confessed. Later, Betty grabbed an axe, and in self-defense, Candy killed her with 41 blows and then took a shower in Betty’s house. After the incident, Candy left the place and lived her own life. Meanwhile, Allan tried to contact his wife but failed. Later, when he asked his neighbor to check on her, they found Betty’s dead body in the utility room.

This is how Betty Gore died, due to the self-defense of Candy. If you have any queries, feel free to ask us in the comment section.
