Bandish Bandits Review: Amazon Prime Video original Shankar Ehsaan Loy Musical web series Bandish Bandits is now released on the Prime video, here in the post we are going to tell you about the series review, music review, story and many more about the series.

To all those who don’t know the series stars Ritwik Bhowmik and Shreya in the lead roles.  along with the Naseeruddin Shah, Atul Kulkarni in very crucial roles, the series is directed by Anand Tiwari and produced by Amritpal Singh. The music is the main part of the series and that is composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy.

Story

The story of the web series Revolves around the Radhe, (played by Ritwik) and Tammana (played by Shreya), Radhe belongs to the great musical family of Rajasthan and his grandfather is Sangeet Samrat of the town, Radhe loves classical music, on the other hand, Tammmna is a pop singer and she creates new generation song, she needs a blockbuster song to make her career up an when she meets Radhe, she decided to make a song with him, the song was made and then it was a blockbuster, Slowly Radhe and Tammana Falls in love with each other and they created another song, Radhe grandfather (Guruji, Played by Nasrudin Shah) is completely against this commercial music and he has no idea about what Radhe is doing, one bad day everything comes out and Radhe life completely changes, Tammna also decided to separate with Radhe, what happened that changed the whole life of Radhe, and his family, to know this you have to watch the series on prime video.

Performances

The best part of the series, actors have performed really really well, I never saw Shreya Choudhary before this series, and in this series, she is just killing it, I love her performance, she fits perfectly in the role of a pop singer, on the other hand, Ritwik is equally brilliant, his body language and expressions are just treated to watch, he fits perfectly in the role of a local shy Rajsthani boy, Nasrudin Shah, on the other hand, is killing it, he had very fewer dialogues in the series, all he does is singing throughout the series and you just can’t differentiate, his lip-syncing is just wow, almost everyone from the series has done well, I would like to mention two more names, Rahul Kumar is playing the role of Kabir (friend of Radhe) and Kunal Roy Kapoor is playing the role of Aarygaya ( Manager of Tammna), these guys are just mindblowing, they make you laugh very hard, each dialogue they pass you would laugh hard and hard.

Screenplay & Editing

The series screenplay is good, there is nothing much thrill in it, but it makes you excited for the next episode, there is no suspense too, but still, it would keep you onto your seats, the screenplay writing is good and it makes the series more watchable, I am really confused with the editing part, the series has few abusive languages and I don’t know, the series has the fresh and unique story that makes it watchable, there was no need of these abusive words and bold scenes, if those scenes were edited, this series may turn to a family entertainer. Still, you can watch it with friends.

Overall

We are going with 3.8 out of 5 for the series, the series is a great creation and combination of Music, Romance, and drama, with few bold scenes,  you are not going to get any, if you are looking for some fresh and new content, go and watch this series on prime video. The series is available on prime video in Hindi audio along with English and Hindi subtitles, the series has total 10 episodes and all are approx 30-40 minutes long.
