Peacock Original Series titled “The Resort” has started its first terms and released its first three episodes on the aforementioned platform. Peacock has been one of North America’s underdogs when compared to the other giants such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HULU.
The series is based on a couple whose relationship is put to test when during an anniversary trip when they somehow find themselves embroidered into a mystery. With time, they find themselves getting sucked deeper into the mystery and they realize that solving the mystery is their ticket out while figuring out relationships with each other at the same time.
The series packs a strong storyline with stunning sceneries from Yucutan, Mexico. The series stars Cristin Milioti from How I Met Your Mother fame and William Jackson Harper is known for The Good Place and other talents such as Skyler Gisondo.
Created by Sam Esmail for Peacock and written by Andy Siara, the series is like an exam that tests the relationship during uncertain conditions and how you come out of it and that’s the crux of the series along with comedic moments along the way that make for this comedic thriller.
The series is available to stream on Peacock with episodes released weekly after the first 3 Episodes get dropped together.
