The movie is produced by Ryan Murphy, David Stone, and Ned Martell. Ryan Murphy also served a key role in adapting the original play for another Broadway show with the same cast in 2018. The show was successful and garnered acclaim and also won a Tony Award.
What Is It About?
The story of the movie revolves around a group of gay friends who meet for a birthday party of one of their friends. Things seem to be fine and everyone enjoys a lot untill one of their friends crashes their party uninvited.
Things start to take an ugly turn there when they start to play a game where everyone has to call someone and tell them that they have loved them in the past or still do at present. This leads some secrets to unearth which doesn’t go well with others.
