Sources are saying that the series is based on the book The Story of My Assassins , although the teaser released by the Amazon Prime Video look more intense, it looks like the story is going to be a gangster series, the Jaideep Ahalwat may looking as playing the role of Cop , are you ready for the another Mirzapur or Sacred games, at least teaser says so.

The series was previously titled as Jamuna Paar by the makers but it gets its names changed and now it would be released as the title of Paatal Lok produced by Anushka Sharma.
