My Demon Kdrama Episode 2: “My Demon” is currently streaming on Netflix with 2 episodes in the Korean language with English subtitles. We’ve already done the recap of episode 1, “Living With The Mist,” now it’s time for the second episode, titled “Everyone Has A Demon In Their Heart.”
The first episode ends at a very beautiful point where we can see Doo Doo Hee and Jeong hugging each other. However, in the second episode, Doo Doo Hee comes to know that she was dreaming while sleeping in the hospital because she got unconscious. Doo Doo Hee’s manager and Jeong were present at the hospital. Jeong comes to know that Doo Doo Hee also has the same tattoo on her hand, which represents evil.

But Doo Doo Hee doesn’t know where this tattoo came from. Jeong stops Doo Doo Hee from removing that tattoo. The tattoo starts blinking red, and Doo Doo Hee slaps Jeong at the same time. Suddenly, a new character, Sergeant Park Kyung-soo, comes up. He’s the in-charge officer of Doo Doo Hee’s case, and he came with the help of Jeong.
Jeong gets home and sees that his staff is reading his demon book, which he calls a demon manual. Then Jeong tells his staff to look into Doo Doo Hee’s family. Jeong basically wants all the bio-data of Doo Doo Hee and all her family details. He wants to spy on Doo Doo Hee too.
Jeong gets into a fight with some sports players, runs away from that place, and jumps out of the window. Doo Doo Hee’s manager starts searching for a new date for her and suggests some new restaurants.
In the next scene, we see the same guy who attacked Doo Doo Hee, the fake cab driver, in her house. Many pictures were stuck to the wall of Doo Doo Hee, and his hand was covered with blood. It looks like he’s obsessed with Doo Doo Hee. In that moment, we come to know that he’s a makeup artist.

Doo Doo Hee gets home and starts helping Chairwoman. Her nephew also comes up, and then she goes to the office with Doo Doo Hee. On the other side, Jeong starts to know more about Mirae F&B. He comes to know more details about her and her family. He comes to know that Chairwoman founded Mirae Group with the help of Doo Foo Hee’s father. He also comes to know that Doo Doo Hee was a school topper since the start of her studies. She’s very passionate about her work and committed to it.
Doo Doo Hee suddenly leaves the meeting because she comes to know about some important work from her manager. She comes to know that Mirae Group share prices have decreased, and she meets with Chairwoman’s daughter because she came to know that she’s a lesbian. She starts explaining to stay away from these things.
On the other side, Jeong calls Doo Doo Hee to meet him, but it wasn’t possible for Doo Doo Hee. Suddenly, Jeong goes to that fisherman with whom he met in the first episode and asks him, “Do you remember the last 10 years?” The fisherman starts abusing evil and says, “Because of you, everything happened.”
Doo Doo Hee gets to a mall to meet Jeong. While meeting him, she gets butterflies in her stomach. After that, they go on a long drive. While driving the car, Jeong kills an athlete and throws a burning contract on the side of the road. Doo Doo Hee asks, “What just happened?” and Jeong completely ignores it. They both go to a lakeside and again drown in seawater. Doo Doo Hee goes out from seawater by herself. Doo Doo Hee leaves him and goes on her own.

Episode 2 ends at a cliffhanger where we can see the theatre artist of Jeong doing some practice with swords. Everyone was doing something weird at the end. Doo Doo Hee was getting attacked by acid, but suddenly Jeong came to the place and saved her again. She was crying after seeing the name of Mirae Group in the news. The episode ends.
The third episode will be streaming on 1st December 2023.
