A Nearly Normal Family Episode 1: Netflix original Limited crime thriller series ‘A Nearly Normal Family’ is now streaming on Netflix. Like every other show we are covering the Episode wise recap of the series and here goes the Episode 1 recap and ending explanation.

The story of the show starts with a college trip where we get to see that a girl named Stella is on a school trip with her friends named Amina and others. There was another guy named Robin in the group too. Stella and Amina were enjoying the trip, and they were quite happy. Later on, we get to see that Stella asks Robin to go for a swim, and they both go swimming.

After the swim, Stella tries to kiss Robin, and later, they go to a private washroom, and there they both get physical. Stella asks Robin to stop there, but he didn’t listen. They were caught there by some staff, and when Stella’s father asks about the incident, she says that it was without her consent.

Stella’s father works in the church, and her mother is a lawyer. Stella’s father wants to go to the police and report this incident, but her mother says that due to a lack of evidence, nothing will happen, and thus they don’t go to the police.

The story now jumps to 4 years later at Stella’s birthday, where we get to see that Stella is not happy with the gifts given to her by her parents. Later on, we get to see that Stella goes to a party with her friend, and there she meets a guy named “Chrish,” and they spend a great time together.

The story now shifts to 4 weeks ahead, where we get to see that Stella’s mother is having an affair with her boss. On the night Stella returns home late, and there were some blood stains on her clothes. When Stella’s father asks about it, the next morning we get to see that Chris was murdered by someone, and Stella is the prime suspect.

The police name Stella as the prime suspect in the case, and the episode ends here.
