Koi Jaane Na Movie Review:Â I am a fan of suspense thriller movie and I was waiting for this since the trailer and the movie is now released in theatres near you, I just finished the movie and here in the post I am going to review the film, I would talk about the Plot, Performances and few more highlights & drawbacks of the film.
The movie stars Kunal Kohli and Amayra Dastur in the main lead role and the movie is a Murder Mystery Psychological thriller. The movie also stars Amir Khan and Eli Avram in a song cameo. The movie is produced by T series Film. Let’s Jump to the review of the film.
Plot
As the movie is a Murder Mystery thriller and we don’t give spoilers, we can’t reveal much about the plot of the film here, the movie mainly revolves around Kabir Kapoor who is a writer by Profession and his first book was a bestseller, he has signed a contract with the Publication Company to write them another book but he is not getting a good topic to write, in all between these, City shocked by the serial killings and a team is investigating the case. Now, what was the relationship between the murders and Kabir Kapoor and his books? what about his love life? to know all this you have to watch the full movie in the cinema near you.
Performances
The movie is decent in terms of performance-wise, Amyra Dastur is brilliant in her role is she is the surprise package of the film, Kunal Kapoor is decent and he has done a decent job in the film. There is shocking transformations in the film which are really impressive and he tried all his best to fit in the characters. the other characters like Atul Kulkarni, Karin Hazi, and Aditya Lakhiya were good in their roles. The movie is a decent thriller drama if we talk about it in terms of performances.
Analysis
The plot and concept of the film are amazing and it looks great on paper but the film is very badly executed, the biggest issue with the movie is its runtime, the movie is so so long and it takes years to reach its climax and that is the weakest part of the film, there are lots of useless dialogues, characters, songs and scenes that were not needed at all. A Thriller movie should maximum go for 2 hours and this one goes for 2 and half hours, recent release IRUL on Netflix was short & to the point and audiences are just loving it.
The climax is good and there are 2-3 scenes in the film which can surprise you very badly and they are fun to watch, the screenplay is very weak and it makes the movie dull, it requires a lot of patience to watch the complete movie.

Overall
I am going with 1.8 out of 5 For the film, the movie is very badly executed and the makers and director completely spoiled the amazing concept, still, the movie is a one-time watch if you have free time or you can wait for its release on OTTs, Even Aamir Khan’s cameo was not enough to save this poorly made film.
