“Salaar,” the much-anticipated film, is finally in theaters, clashing with Rajkumar Hirani’s much-anticipated film of the year, “Dunki.” The release date of “Dunki” was finalized a year ago, and “Salaar” came on the same date after that. Everyone was excited about “Salaar” because Neel announced it after “KGF Chapter 2,” so at that time, the hype for “KGF” was at an extreme level.

The love “KGF Chapter 2” received is unmatched, and the hype for “KGF” is still alive; due to that, fans are loving “Salaar” so much. “Salaar” is earning more than 100 crores daily on weekends. Before this, only Prabhas gave the biggest opening of this year with “Adipurush,” but overall, the film was a massive flop, though the opening day was high. Now, “Salaar” is doing well at the box office, but fans have some questions regarding it. Here, we’re telling you everything about it.

“Salaar” tells the story of two best friends, Deva played by Prabhas and Vardharaj played by Prithviraj. We can see all this in the trailer itself. The trailer of the Kannada film “Kabzaa” was like this only.

Fans are asking whether “Salaar” is a true story or not and if the place Khansaar shown in the film is real or not.

The answer is no; there is no such place named Khansaar that exists. This is the fictional world of director Prashanth Neel. The great thing about Neel’s direction is color grading and cinematography, both of which were top-notch in the film. But the story was similar to “KGF”; we have seen the mass genre so much now.

“Khansaar” is a fictional city created in a studio in Ramoji Film City. Only VFX was used to make Khansaar look more real. If you had seen Neel’s previous film, “Ugramm,” which was a Kannada blockbuster, then you will find “Salaar” similar to that only. There is very little difference between both films. The plot and characters are inspired from “Ugramm” only.

In an interview, Neel said that “Ugramm” is his debut film, so he adds similarity to “Ugramm” in every film. A little pinch was added in “KGF” too. Some audiences have already said that “Salaar” is the remake of the Kannada film “Ugramm.”

Neel teased the second part of “Salaar” in the climax of the first part.

Tell us in the comments, have you seen “Salaar” yet?
