The film stars Shahid Kapoor as NCB Officer Sumair, Ronit Bose Roy as Sikandar, Rajeev Khandelwal as NCB Officer Sameer, Daina Penty as NCB Officer Aditi, and Sanjay Kapoor as Hamid.
The story of the film starts with a car accident where we get to see that with the help of his colleague, Sumair crashes a car and finds around 3 crores worth of drugs. The drugs belong to Sikandar, who kidnaps Sumair’s son and asks him to return his bag in exchange for his son. Sumair goes to Sikandar’s hotel with the bag and hides it in the toilet. NCB Officer Aditi follows Sumair and takes the bag, placing it somewhere else.
When Sumair comes to retrieve the bag, he finds out that it’s missing. He becomes scared and confused, starting to look for the bag everywhere but sadly finds nothing. He gets an idea and with the help of kitchen workers, Sumair is able to make 30 packets filled with white flour, which looks exactly the same as the drug packets.
Sameer also reaches the hotel, and he and Aditi start following Sumair. When Sumair hands over the fake packets to Sikandar, they come to know about it, and they retrieve Sumair’s son once again. There, we also witness a great fight sequence between Sikandar’s brother and Sumair, with ultimately Sikandar’s team emerging victorious.
On the other hand, Sumair learns that the bag was misplaced by Aditi. When he asks about the bag, Aditi tells him the exact location. Meanwhile, Sameer takes the bag and places it in his car. Sumair goes for the bag once again, only to find it empty. The story unfolds like this, and in the last few minutes of the film, we see Sumair finally managing to get rid of Sikandar’s goons. He tries to escape in Sameer’s car. However, as he is about to leave, he is once again attacked by Sikandar and his team. Somehow, he manages to escape, leaving the bag behind.
In the climax of the film, we see Sameer shooting Sikandar and Aditi, and then intentionally causing a car accident. Later, he puts all the charges on Sikandar. Addressing the first question: why did Sameer try to kill Aditi? Sameer was involved with Sikandar, and when he learns that Aditi is aware of this, he shoots her to keep it a secret. In the last few minutes of the film, we discover that Sumair has kept those 3 missing packets in his car, and now he is going on vacation with his son. Athrav realizes that Sumair was in the hotel solely to save him, and the drugs were not the reason.
