Big Bet Episode 3 Summary, Recap & Ending Explained: Hotstar’s original Korean Action Drama show Big Bet is doing decent on Hotstar, We had already covered the recap of Episode 1 and Episode 2 of the show.

I just finished watching Episode 3 and here goes the Recap, Summary, and ending explanation of episode 3 of the show.

Episode 3 Recap

In Episode 3, Moosik comes back to Korea after he hears from his friend in law enforcement that the NTS is not looking at him anymore and he is free to come to Korea. However, he does need to have a conversation with the NTS and come to an agreement for the tax.

Moosik has already lost all of his life’s savings in baccarat in the Philippines so when he does meet the NTS, he is there with a primal objective of not paying that hefty amount but asking them to decrease the fine. After repeatedly mentioning that he doesn’t have any money and asking the NTS to decrease the fine amount, he gets them to decrease the fine by 90%.

Part of the Episode also shows the teenage Moosik who just wants to go to Saudi Arabia and earn money in construction, he’s persuaded by his teacher to study and go to college who even gives him half of his paycheck just so he could afford to study.

Moosik gets 280 out of 340 which is the highest in the school and reached out to his teacher to select a college for him who ends up sending him to Choongam University for Political Science and International Relations where one day he finds himself in the midst of a protest against the dictatorship and saves a girl but gets caught up in it and ends up in the jail.

However, when he gets out, he is asked by the leader to become the first President of the National Council Of Student Representatives.

In the first three Episodes, the name of the drama really blends well with Moosik’s story. How he has taken his decisions and his upbringing, he seems to have taken a lot of chances and that does reflect in his personality in the later stages of his life. What we can say no is there’s far more to see.

Please let us know what you think about the drama.

"I'm just a humble cinephile with a knack for stringing words together. My reviews may not be as fancy as "The Grand Budapest Hotel" but they'll give you a good idea of whether a movie is worth the ticket price. I may not be a "Casablanca" of criticism, but I'll always give you my honest opinion. So join me on this journey of cinematic discovery, it's sure to be "One for the Ages."
