Alone Movie Review: Malayalam film ‘Alone’ starring Mohanlal is now streaming on Hotstar, The film is a direct OTT release and is based during the Covid times, I Just finished the film and here goes the Positives and Negatives of the film.
The plot of the film revolves around Kalidas, Who recently shifted to a new flat in Starberries apartment, From the Day 1 itself, he feels that there somthing in the apartment, He starts feeling some strange sounds, when he digs further into the case, he came to know that, A Women named ‘Sridevi’ and her Daughter ‘Amu’ wereliving in the same Apartment before, Kalidad starts investigation to the case and he get to know about some shocking details.
I am a huge Malayalm thriller love and honestly speaking i started watching the film with lots of expecations but trust me, this film is one of the worst film of Mohanlal in his entire careere and one of the worst thriller in the Malayalm film Industry.
The writing of the film looks like a Joke and there is no logic, sense and nothing in the filn, i am not sure how Mohanlal agrees to do the Project, The story of the film never makes any sense and almost everyhthing looks like Joke, From terrible screenplay to Pathetic wrting followed by Below average performance, There is nothing else in the film.
The loaction, Music and all other aspects of the film is also below average and the whole film was shot in the single room.

I am going with 1.5 out of 5 stars for the film, There is not even a single reason to watch the film, and i will suggest you to skip the film, The film is a silly Joke in the name of thriller and has one of the worst climax too, Stay away from the film.
