Plot

The movie follows the real-life event which happened it 1990. We see how a Cuban airforce pilot René Gonzalez who is not a regular attention seeker but instead he joins forces with 5 Cuban spies who infiltrated exile groups and now had been imprisoned by the United States for Murder. René flies to Miami to help them leaving behind his wife and kids .

The movie stars Penelope Cruz, Édgar Ramirez, and Wagner Mourain lead roles, the movie also stars Gael Bernel, Ana de Armas and Leonardo Sbarlaglia.
