Vikram Vedha is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language neo-noir action thriller film written and directed by Pushkar and Gayathri, which is a remake of their own 2017 Tamil film of the same name. This movie had a huge star cast like Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan and was filmed with a huge budget of 170 crores.

Vikram Vedha’s filming was planned to begin in June 2021, but due to COVID-19 spikes, the filming finally began on October 15, 2021, which is the first scheduled and takes place in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Before the schedule began, parts of the sets originally built for Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) were reworked by Vikram Vedha’s crew to make that place look like Lucknow and Kanpur Because Hrithik Roshan declined to shoot in Lucknow, the crew members created the Lucknow sets in Abu Dhabi, which raised the budget of the production team.

They shot action scenes, stunts, and drama across multiple sites in Abu Dhabi, which ended within 27 working days.

After that, the second scheduled filming began in Lucknow in early December, and Saif Ali Khan completed his portion of shooting by the end of December, whereas Radhika Apte, whose portion of shooting is only for 10 days, completed filming by April 26, 2022.
Finally, filming wrapped on June 10, 2022, with all the crew, and after that, post-production work started where the movie is produced by YNOT Studios, Friday Filmworks, T-Series Films, and Reliance Entertainment.
