Unpaused Review:Â For the last few months OTT platforms are focusing on making realistic content related to the pandemic, Wakalat From Home was one of such series, now the prime video is back with Anthology series Titled Unpaused, and it is related to pandemic situations again with five different stories.
Here in the post, we are going to review the movie, we would talk about the performances, plot, screenplay, and a few other details about the movie, the movie stars some great actors from the town like Gulshan Devaiah, Saiyami Kher, Richa Chadha, Abhishek Banerjee, Sumeet Vyas, and Ishwak Singh, the movie is directed by a set of creators like Raj and DK, Nikkhil Advani, Tannishtha Chatterjee, and others.
Plot
The plot of the movie revolves around five different people, they are affected by the Pandemic and how their life is affected, the movie is all about that, there is the story of a couple, who is dating virtually due to Pandemic, there is a migrant couple hiding out in Apartment in the city and more, the series is all about their struggle to survive and live a normal life, would they able to do so? the movie would tell you.
Performances
The best part about the movie is the selection of actors, there are some really mindblowing performances by each and everyone, the way the casting is done, I found it amazing, Richa Chadda and Sumit Vyas were brilliant, Gulshan Devashish looks amazing and same is with the Abhishek Banerjee and Geetika Vidya Ohlyan ( as a migrant couple), another noticeable act from the movie is by Shardul Bhardwaj (as Rickshaw driver) he looks so natural and you are going to love it for sure.
Screenplay & Others
Although every story from the series is brilliant, I liked the 3rd and last one, the last story looks so realistic and brilliant, the creators have done an amazing job, and the story is written so brilliantly, the locations were brilliant and this is one of the reasons to watch the series, from Advanced Hi Tech Rooms in first to normal rooms in the next story, everything feels so connected, Editing part of the movie is weak sometimes, the movies goes little long and it is not for normal audiences.
Overall
I am going with 3Â out of 5 stars for the movie, the movie is enjoyable in parts and the best part about the movie is, You can start it from anywhere, I would personally recommend watching the last 3 stories and I am sure most of you would love it. The movie is approx 2 hours long and is now available on Amazon Prime Video In Hindi Audio.
