Episode 7 begins with Katherine telling George about the fight between Alex and Cole. She also mentions that Alex and Jackie are dating. Parker accidentally reveals to Katherine and George that Cole brings girls into the house. When Jackie goes to school the next day, everyone is looking at her as if she’s the reason for the fight.
Skylar and Jackie’s other friends tell everything about Paige to Jackie. Katherine asks Cole about the girls, but he doesn’t reply. George goes to Alex and says, “Don’t fight with each other and stop bringing girls into the house.” On the other side, Erin wasn’t talking to Olivia after the bonfire. Jackie gets tense when she comes to know that Alex loved Paige.
The rumors of Nathan and Skylar were spreading, and the whole episode revolves around Skylar and Nathan. Everyone comes to know that Nathan has written a song for Skylar. Jackie goes to Cole and tells him to stay away from Alex. However, Cole goes to the auditorium and starts a fight with Alex again. Tara calls Katherine about the fight between students. Alex and Cole get suspended from school for 3 days. Katherine and George start telling them that they are brothers and should not fight with each other. George and Katherine give them punishment and ground both Alex and Cole. All siblings sit together and try to sort out everything, but suddenly Nathan faints and is admitted to the hospital. Cole tries to contact Jackie, but she isn’t picking up the calls.
Jackie reaches Lark Cafe and asks about Nathan. Alex accepts his mistakes and tries to make everything perfect again. Cole is suspended from school, but he still goes to school to meet Erin and asks her to bunk and go somewhere. Erin refuses and goes into the auditorium for an audition for a play. She talks about her favorite play.
Hospital reports come out, and Nathan is diagnosed with epilepsy. Hayley goes to meet Will at Walter’s house, and they both handle the kids. Katherine and George tell Nathan that he’s diagnosed with epilepsy. Nathan starts crying after hearing this. Jackie contacts Uncle Richard while jogging and tells him about Nathan. Jackie was missing Richard a lot.
Nathan comes back home, and everyone hugs him. Everyone is excited to meet him. Skylar also comes to Walter’s to meet Nathan, and they finally kiss. Nathan finally got what he wanted. Jackie was jogging alone in the darkness; she contacts Cole and tells him that she’s lost somewhere in the forest.
Cole successfully reaches her and takes her home. Jackie argues with Cole and asks him to apologize to Alex, but Cole refuses. Jackie leaves the car, and it was raining. Cole says that he didn’t want to break the heart of his little brother, and the episode 7 ends.
