Kaagaz Movie Review: I Just love Pankaj Tripathi and I am a huge fan of his movies, although his last movie Shakeela was disappointing, he is back now, after the criminal Justice season 2, he is back with another cult performances, Kagaz Produced by Salman Khan is now released on Zee5 platform and here in the post we are going to review the movie.
The movie stars Pankaj Tripathi and Monal Gajjar in main lead roles, the movie also stars Satish Kaushik in a crucial role, the movie is produced by Salman Khan and Satish Kaushik himself is director and writer of the movie. The movie is approx 2 hours and 30 minutes long and available on Zee5 In Hindi audio.
Plot
The plot of the movie revolves around Lal Bihari and his wife Rukmani, Lal Bihar was declared dead on Paper by the government officials, and due to which he is facing many issues in getting government benefits and he is also getting property dispute issue. When Lal Bihari goes to government offices for correction of his Paper, things went unusual, he doesn’t get any proper support from the government and offices and after that, he decides to fight on his own. Could he prove that he is alive if he went fall into the system’s trap, to know the full story you have to watch the full movie?.
Performances
This is one of the best performances of Pankaj Tripathi, he shines in his every role, but this was very much different and he nailed it, He looks outstanding in the form of Lal Bihari, A Lower Middle-Class Man, He also makes you laugh sometimes with his brilliant comic timing, I would like to appreciate Monal for her brilliant performance too, she is just wow in the role of Rukmani (Lal Bihari’s Wife), she is another highlight of the movie and she looks so promising, she is amazing is every frame and her body language and expressions were amazing, Satish Kaushik has a very short role in the movie and he is good too.
Screenplay & Others
The plot of the movie is very simple and the climax is very much predictable still movie holds you till the end, the screenplay is amazing, and the same is the editing, Locations are brilliant and they look so realistic, I would like to Grab Your attention towards the music of the movie, it is just amazing, the songs are so melodious and relatable,’ Jug Jug Jiyo Re Raja, ‘Bailgadi” and one more song, these all songs are too much addictive and relatable, go and listen to it once, you all would love it.
