Story

The script and director of the series is so poorly done, that it reflects in every episode if you are thinking of some thrill like Section 375, Badla or Pink, we warned you to not to watch this, it seems like series is written and directed in hurry with no relevance to reality.

The story revolves around the Niharika Singh (played by Neha Sharma), she is hired by prominent law firm headed by JJ  Janardan Jaitley (Played by Piyush Mishra) for the case of the murder, she advocates Meher Salam (played Kubbra Sait), she is in prison for killing four of her family members, after few days she gets into another case of rape, and at few times story goes around the personal life of the Niharika, the series is an all-round courtroom drama and ends with shocking an unconvincing truth.

Performances

It was a very tough task for the actors to do their best in such lose and faulty story, but still, all actors have done a great job, Piyush Mishra as JJ has done an awesome job and he again proves why he is counted in one of the best actors in the industry, Neha Sharma, the main lead actress tried very hard and she impressed with her performances, although she never portrayed in these serious roles still she tries her best, but in terms of bod languages and expression she fails sometimes, Kubra wait is getting better and better and all these actors and their performances are one of the prime reason to watch this series.

Screenplay and Editing

The series is very long and lengthy and a few places it boars you, there is much more needed in editing segment, the series can be easily done in 6-7 episodes, the screenplay is decent, in spite of the faulted story it keeps you connected except few places where you fast forward the series, with some great twist and turns the series keeps you connected and you ended up watching the whole series.

We are going with the 3 out 5 for the series, the series is not that bad, you can watch it, in this lockdown period but go with low expectation otherwise it may disappoint

you with the ending, If you are a fan of Neha Sharma and wants to see one of the best performances of her, Just go and binges this.
