When Manoj was roaming here and there in town, he met Pritam Pandey in a canteen. He found his new friend in that canteen. At that moment, Manoj came to know that exams are postponed. He was so disturbed after hearing this.
So, Pritam helped him out. Pritam took Manoj to Delhi and said, “So IPS studies from there.” Manoj got so excited after that. Manoj saw a dream that he wants to become a DSP officer. But because of Pritam Pandey, he got a chance to know about IPS.
Pritam and Manoj went to Delhi together, and at that place, both of them met Gauri Bhaiya. He became a real motivator for Manoj. Gauri Bhaiya was the person who believed in Manoj so much. Gauri Bhaiya had high hopes for Manoj. When Gauri Bhaiya’s 6th attempt results came out, Manoj and Pritam came to know that Gauri Bhaiya failed. So, Pritam decided to leave Gauri Bhaiya, but Manoj was still there with Gauri Bhaiya.

Gauri Bhaiya guided Manoj at every step. In fact, the uniform Gauri Bhaiya bought for himself, he gave that uniform to Manoj when he succeeded in the exam. After failure, Gauri Bhaiya opened a tea stall. But Gauri Bhaiya guided Manoj and motivated him so much.
The role of Gauri Bhaiya is played by actor Anshuman Pushkar, who is greatly known for the series “Jamtara.” He was terrific in that show. In “12th Fail” too, he did this role like we can see a real-life inspiration. Due to privacy reasons, the name of the real-life Gauri Bhaiya isn’t revealed by the makers.
