Choked Review Netflix:Â Anurag Kashyap movie treats to watch, I liked all of his previously directed and created movies, except few, like recent release Ghoomketu, Netflix release another original movie created by Anurag Kashyap Choked, here I am going to review the movie Choked.
Anurag Kashyap is recently in new for other reason, his political tweets and opinions were making more news than his films nowadays and it seems like his political thoughts had now moved into his films too, Choked Paisa Bolta Hai Is Politically Motivated Crap, avoid it, let’s review in detail.

Story

The story is about a banker Sarita Played by Saiyami Kher, her Jobless Husband, and her Kid, Their family was facing the financial crisis and one lucky day she found the money coming out from her Kitchen Pipe, her life got changed after that, but suddenly after few days PM Announces the Demonetization and now the story turns over, there are lots of difficulties and personal issues in Sarita life after that, there is also a little backstory of the couple, where Sarita wanted to become a singer and while performing on the show, she choked in front of audiences.
The dialogue in the films looks more politically motivated and criticizing the current government, there are slangs on News anchor and the benefits of losses of monetization, there is a scene in bank, where Sarita replied to an old lady -‘ Bank Mein Sympathy Nahi Milti, Jisko Vote Diye Hai Unse Jaake Maango’ there are more dialogues, like ‘ Mushroom Khao Modi Ban Jaao‘ and many others, this shows how this film was written.

The only thing that you should watch in this movie is, Performances, Saiyami Kher as Banker and Housewife Sarita steals the show, Roshan Mattew is brilliant and other co-actors like Amrita Shubash as Tai has done an awesome job, Anurag Kashyap is brilliant as a director if we keep the story aside.

When the movie starters, the first 5 minutes of the movie seems like a gem, and after that movie loses its charm, there is some useless gossip conversation between society women, and there is useless villain plot in the story, which is not convincing at all, editing of the series is very poor and it looks like it is made in hurry, the screenplay is very weak and at the end, the ending is very poor.

When I saw the trailer, I thought the movie would be full of suspense and thrill, but in reality, it sucks, there is nothing like that, except good performances, you would get nothing from the movie, I am going with 2 out of 5 stars for the movie, and would suggest you to, avoid it.
