The Witcher Season 3 Episode 1: Netflix presents the American Fantasy Action-Drama thriller series “The Witcher,” which is back with another season. Volume 1 of Season 3 is currently streaming on Netflix with five episodes.
For those who missed Episode 1, here we are going to do episode-wise recaps. But before starting the recaps, let’s know the overview of the story. This fantasy action drama series is based on the adventures of The Witcher, known as Geralt Of Rivia, along with Princess Cirilla, known as Ciri. Volume 1 of Season 3 is currently streaming on Netflix with Hindi and English audio, along with subtitles. Volume 2 will be released on July 27.
A professor and his men are finding the Witcher and a girl. They ask a shopkeeper, as it’s an order from Master Rience who wants them. After they finish talking with him, they hear some noise, so they come out and find the Witcher already waiting for them. And then the Witcher finishes everyone with his sword in style.

Yennefer, Witcher & Ciri start their journey after Kaer Morhen, where it is also proven that the world is changing beneath their feet. Yennefer helps Ciri learn magic. Later, we see some men attack them, and burn their house, and Geralt and others somehow manage to escape from there. They change houses and places again and again, and Yennefer uses letters to talk with Geralt. From a desert to an island, they change their place again. They have a beautiful life.
In Season 2, Geralt has trust issues, so at first, she doesn’t allow Yennefer to live with them, but soon he allows her to stay together. Ciri struggles to control water and earth magic, but Yennefer doesn’t allow her to learn fire magic. Now, Nilfgaard is with the elves and helping them. Yarpen, the guy who finds a home for Geralt, is also his friend. He invited Ciri to Belleteyn, but Yennefer and Geralt denied it as it could be dangerous for her. Ciri believes it’s safe now, and she was also born on Belleteyn.
On the other side, some people are feeding meat to some creatures. Those creatures can smell an elf. Rience also reaches there to find elven blood, yes, it’s Ciri. Also, Francesca Findabair, the ruler of the elves, is finding Ciri. She orders Gage to take the best fighters and head west to Maribor and orders Filavandrel to go south to Caed Dhu. She wants to find Dol Blathanna with the help of Ciri. Meanwhile, other elves return dead. North King Vizimir also appoints Radovid to find Ciri. Ciri & Yennefer are ready for Belleteyn. The Witcher remembers and wishes Yennefer a happy birthday.
While Ciri is enjoying themself with others and dancing, Yennefer and Geralt recall their memories. They go into a maze where something dangerous is arriving. A Jackapace monster is crushing everyone, and Ciri and Yennefer try to use magic, but Geralt comes and saves them. Geralt says Jackapace used scent to hunt, so she might find Ciri by her scent. Geralt now remembers that Vesemir told him that Rience stole Ciri’s blood from Kaer Morhen. They use Ciri as bait to hunt Rience. For this operation, they want their old friend Jaskier. On the other side, Jaskier meets Radovid, who requests him to help find Ciri.

Yarpen soon meets him to help Ciri. They reach Shaerrawedd, which is full of stories. A brave and inspiring elven warrior, Aelirenn, thinks she can defeat humans, but she is wrong. She also helps young elves and makes them strong so they can fight. Later, we see Ciri wanting to bring back calm, at that moment Geralt feels something, so he and Yennefer leave Ciri. Finally, Rience comes with his armies.
A breathtaking action scene keeps you engaged. Soon after, the Armies of Francesca also reach there. During the fight, Jaskier is attacked by an arrow, but he is okay. Meanwhile, Geralt kills Francesca’s brother. Yennefer understands there must be someone more powerful and controlling than Rience. After Gallatin goes to seek help from his old friend because his eleven friends died in the fight.

The series ends with separating ways. Geralt wants to kill Rience, so he leaves. But Yennefer and Ciri are now together to be more powerful. On the other side, Jaskier meets with Radovid and asks him to kill Rience so they can win the trust of Ciri and Geralt. Lastly, we see Emreis and Stregobor, and that’s how this episode ends.
