The Patient Episode 6 Ending Explained: The Patient starring Domhnall Gleeson & Steve Carell is back this week with the 6th Episode titled “Charlie” which is in the same format i.e., less than 30 minutes Episode which does seem like the whole Episode is rushed but it does make for a good thrilling ride of an Episode.

This Episode focused on the aftermath of a murder by Sam played by Domhnall while Alan tries to stop him.

The Episode starts off in the morning after when Alan is traumatized to an extent that he is having a therapy session in his mind with his dead therapist while Sam seems to be digging a hole in the other room for the dead body’s burial.

For a moment, it seems like it’s game over for Alan when Sam comes over and blames him for not doing his job and then says “It’s your turn” but is relieved when Sam wants him to dig the hole while he goes off to work.

The Episode ended with a ballsy move from Alan when he persuades Sam to not bury the body but instead leave the body somewhere Police could find him so that it could give Elias’s (Dead Person) parents some closure.

Sam agrees to that and while he is gone to the washroom where he takes some awfully long time, Alan writes a note and places it deep inside his mouth of Elias so people would be able to find him after, and if not, he writes to his children that he loves him.

"I'm just a humble cinephile with a knack for stringing words together. My reviews may not be as fancy as "The Grand Budapest Hotel" but they'll give you a good idea of whether a movie is worth the ticket price. I may not be a "Casablanca" of criticism, but I'll always give you my honest opinion. So join me on this journey of cinematic discovery, it's sure to be "One for the Ages."
