“Onmyoji” Anime Episode 8: Episode 7 ends on a mysterious cliffhanger, and audiences are still in shock, wondering who that demon was at the end of Episode 7. Hiromasa also became very tense after seeing that Seimei fainted. Now the story continues. We’ve posted a recap until Episode 7, and now we’ll move towards Episode 8, titled “The Fox’s Child.”
In this episode, we will get to know the story of Lord Seimei. Episode 8 starts with three boys running behind Seimei. Seimei is known as the fox child; he has a tail. Suddenly, a master comes and saves him, and the intro begins.
After that, the episode continues from the part where Episode 7 ended. They take Seimei to the doctor, and from the doctor, they come to know that it was a Sekisuko Demon because of which Seimei fainted. Seimei was shivering during treatment, and he was getting flashbacks of his past.
Princess starts reading the spell to save Lord Seimei. The doctor said it is very difficult to save Seimei. When Hiromasa touched Seimei, he was also reading his state of mind. His past was very difficult, making Lord Seimei weaker.

In the past, Seimei was called the Fox Boy. He had mentioned this to Lord Atsumi in the previous episode. Seimei’s father was a master of the village, and many children went there to learn magic spells. In the past, Seimei got into a fight with a demon. He was sitting with one of his classmates, and the demon ate him, which was too horrifying.
Seimei was the only child that survived during that demon fight. Seimei’s master said golden words: “Everyone has their own darkness.”
Seimei grew up with more and more practice to fight demons. Seimei said he wasn’t able to repay his master for what he did for him. The master was getting killed by his own son because of one deadly curse. The master’s son was begging for help from Seimei to strengthen the power of his son, but Seimei neglected.
Suddenly, someone comes in the midnight who tried to kill Seimei. Then Seimei comes to know Lord Masanaga tried to kill him. Lord Masanaga was tense because he didn’t get any help from Seimei. In that episode, we learn how he created those two girls who live with him; they were created with a magical spell.
In that, we can see when Seimei and Hiromasa meet for the first time, Hiromasa gets too emotional. He was crying, and suddenly it was going very difficult for Seimei to survive. It was hard to breathe.
Hiromasa goes outdoors, and he meets Lord Doman (Demon). She agrees to help Seimei, and Hiromasa starts fluting. Doman and Atsumi were also there to boost up; they were praying to God, and Seimei was shivering. The episode 8 ends.
