Zoya appears in the film after the first half. After the madness by Ranvijay (Ranbir Kapoor) and the beast fight sequences, he gets badly injured, and then he goes into a coma. Ranvijay gets back to his senses after 14 days, but the biggest issue was his health and body organs. Ranvijay was suffering from multiple organ failures, and heart failure was one of them. Doctors said that Ranvijay’s heart is going to stop working in a few weeks, and that’s why he needs a heart transplant.

After the successful heart transplant, the character of Zoya surfaces, and she says that the heart belongs to her fiance. Very soon, Ranvijay and Zoya start liking each other, and they fall for each other. Ranvijay then later gets to know that Zoya was there to kill him, and she was sent there by Abrar’s younger brother.
In the post-credit scene, we get to see that Animal Part 2 is also confirmed by the makers and the director of the film, and I am pretty sure that Tripti has a huge role to play in the second part of the film. She is most likely to be pregnant with Ranvijay’s child, and it will be interesting to see Abrar and Ranvijay’s reaction to this.
