The Suicide Squad Review: I was so excited about this film due to 2 reasons. First, I love DC Films and I am a huge fan of Super Hero Action Dramas, and Second, Cinema halls are finally open and I just finished the film in the Cinema Hall. Here I am with the full detailed review of the film. I am going to talk about the Performances, Cast, Plot and few more highlights about the film.
The Suicide Squad is an American action-adventure superhero film which is directed by James Gunn and movie stars Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, Peter Capaldi, David Dastmalchian, Daniela Melchior, etc. The movie is running in theatres and also it is streaming on HBOMax.
Plot
Under orders from intelligence officer Amanda Waller, A team of supervillains Bloodsport, Harley Quinn, Peacemaker, Ratcatcher, Polka dot man, etc, are recruited as Taskforce X for a mission. In this mission, they have to go to the island Corto Maltese and destroy a laboratory, but the problem is this place is now occupied by a large group of rebel soldiers. Why do they want to destroy the laboratory? What will happen to our Suicide Squad?
Performance
John Cena as a peacemaker is good in both action and comedy. Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn is too good in the comedy role and equally good in action and also she shines in the movie. Idris Elba as Bloodsport is good in his serious role. Daniela Melchior as ratcatcher is pretty in her role. Overall the acting was good in the movie and the expressions are on point.
Review
The Suicide Squad is a superhero film that has very good action and good humor. The storyline of the movie is not much predictable and keeps you engaging till the end. The movie contains a rich amount of action which doesn’t let you bor. Even in serious scenes, some good comedy scenes keep your mind fresh.
The bloodshed in the movie is too much, if you have a problem with it then don’t watch this movie. The VFX work was done well. Overall this movie is a good watch for this weekend for you. The movie has all elements that a superhero film should have. Don’t miss this.

I am going with 3 out of 5 stars for the film, The film is the perfect balance of Comedy, Action, and a good script, if you are looking for an awesome film or series this weekend, this should be on top of your list. The film is now available on HBO Mx and in cinemas for Indian users. You can watch the film with family, avoid watching it with kids as there are lots of Bloodshed in the film.
