If you want to expand your knowledge in the field of fitness and exercise then this series is the must-watch for you all as the series is both informative and entertaining. Asics as a production company has done a brilliant job as they discover various unknown effects of sports and exercise on the brain and cognitive skills through the mind and ability of different people.
