Story
There are three stories in the series that are connected to the single thing that is human trafficking, there is a small girl who is saving her brother from the child traffickers, A wife who is searching for her husband’s murderer and an NRI couple searching for their Kidnapped daughter Zoya, all three cases are linked to the single man who is behind all these, initially, the case looks normal and the police were checking these differently unless the cases go into the Hands of ACP Radha (played by Swara), She starts an investigation and found out something very dark and heinous, there is the dark web of Huma trafficking and there start a thrilling chase and counter between the traffickers and ACP Radha, to witness these very disturbing but amazing sequences you have to watch the series on Eros Now.
Performances
Akshay Oberoi OH MY GOD! , he is stunner, you can’t imagine him in this role, his body languages, dressing style, and his new makeup, he looks very scary, this is one of the best performances by him for sure, I would say the best ever, he fits perfectly in the role that I can never imagine, Mahima Makwana as Zoya is equally brilliant, she won the show in terms of great emotional expression, Swara Bhaskar tried all her best and she is decent, I don’t think Police cop should be her choice, well her body language and dialogue delivery doesn’t match the standard,
There are two more characters in the series who need lots of appreciation, that small girl who is trying to save her brother and Kavin, who is villain, he makes you laugh with his funny dialogue delivery.
Screenplay & Editing
The series was written very beautifully and same is with the screenplay, there are three stories running parallel to each other, that can be a bit confusing initially but it picks up your interest after few episodes, the editing of the series is little laggy, the episodes are a slow burn, it takes lots of patience to watch this, there are some extremely disturbing visuals and languages that can be very uncomfortable of many of you. The overall writing is very Hard-Hitting and it reflects the dark truth of trafficking, Danish Aslam as a director is brilliant.
Overall
I am going with the 3.5 out of 5 stars for the series, the series is a hard hitter on Huma Trafficking and you must watch this, again we are mentioning, there are very disturbing and strong scenes in the series, so avoid watching it with Kids or family, the web series is of total 8 episodes and now streaming on Ero Now.
