The episode begins with Camila Ramón, who is a strip dancer and used to work for a very famous club in Las Vegas called Golden Lips. One day, she matches with Dr. Fernando Castell on a dating app. According to his profile, Fernando Castell is a plastic surgeon. After talking and chatting for some time, they meet in person, and the sexual chemistry between them is on the next level.
They start meeting each other regularly. At first, Camila doesn’t tell him the truth that she is a dancer; she tells him that she is a nurse. Now, they have been together for four months. One day, she tells him that she lied about her profession and reveals that she is a dancer in the club.

Fernando accepts her the way she is. So, one day, she invites him to her house for dinner, and at the same time, he can also meet her friends. However, that night he disappears and is not seen for days. Finally, he calls her and explains that he had to leave Vegas because his sister is going through a serious medical problem and is in the hospital. Camila is not pleased with his explanation, so she decides to find out things herself and travels to Cartagena, Colombia, where he lives.
The Ending
Camila takes a flight to Cartagena and leaves a voice message for Fernando, informing him that she is coming there to surprise him. On reaching there, she meets a local driver named David and asks him to take her to the hospital where Fernando used to work. However, upon reaching there, she finds out that he lied to her, and there is another doctor named Fernando at the hospital.
She calls Fernando, and he tells her that he is out of town due to a meeting. Disappointed, she goes back to David and asks him to take her to an address that Fernando had mentioned earlier. Upon reaching there, she discovers that Fernando has been lying to her, and his real name is Miguel. To make matters worse, she finds out that he is married and has two children. The episode ends there.
