Call Of The Night Anime Episode 1 Ending Explained & Full Story: Call Of The Night, the much-awaited anime has started its run with the first episode released on 8th July 2022 titled “1st Night: Night Flight” and it opened to very positive reviews with fans appraising the Opening “Daten” by Creepy Nuts.
What happened in the first episode?
We see a 14-year-old boy named Ko Yamori who has trouble sleeping in the night which he did not have before. We’re shown with flashbacks as to how his life was normal until he was proposed to, by a classmate and he innocently says no which makes the girl run away crying. He sort of comes off as a shy guy who keeps his distance from girls.
One night he goes out of his house for a late-night walk and encounters a girl Nazuna Nanakusa while he is trying to get a beer so he could fall asleep, that girl looks nice because she starts the conversation and tries to help him or loosen him up. Her philosophy is that the night is to let ourselves loose and enjoy. She thinks that if people do not do anything satisfying during their day they do not feel like sleeping which makes sense at some point.
The thing is, she’s a vampire who is being nice so she could suck on his blood and she does at one point and gets caught which makes for a very comic scene because we’re not used to seeing Vampires coming up with the different types of useless reasons. The MC ends up finding the girl is a vampire.
Ending of the Episode
Positively influenced by the lifestyle of the night, as a vampire, Ko Yamori wants to be a vampire now but in order to do so, the vampire girl needs to suck his blood. The key to becoming a vampire is that the person who is getting is blood sucked should be in love with the vampire, only then he will become an offspring.
So, we see a speech given by the MC that he wants to fall in love with the vampire and that’s how things start. The Vampire girl is embarrassed and says she will not do anything to provoke him or invite his love interest, if the boy wants he can do what he wants.
The Episode ends with an airlift for the boy by the Vampire girl who shows him how it feels to let loose during the night.
The anime is released weekly and the season will consist of 13 episodes.
