The story starts in 1975 when the Lutz family bought the house. But after only living there for 28 days, they fled away. The house was then bought by Jim and Barbara Cromarty in 1977, and they lived there until 1987. The house was then sold to Peter and Jeanne O’Neil, and they lived there until 1997. In 1997, the house was sold to Brian Wilson and his family, and he lived there until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, the house was owned by Caroline and David D’Antonio. After the death of her husband, Caroline sold the house to an unknown buyer who bought it in 2017.
