‘Emergency’ Movie Release Halted?: Much buzzed and awaited film ‘Emergency’ is in the news again and this time it’s due to the release issue that the film is facing. The film was slated for release on 6th September 2024 but the news and reports are coming that the film is postponed and will not be released on the given date. The producer and actress from the film Kangana shares a video about the current status of the film.
Kangana said that the certification of her film was done a week back but now the Censor board is not allowing the film to release. She also added that it is sad to see what she is going through and these days are very tough for her as a person, producer and actor.
She is facing lots of threats and even cinema hall owners were threatening to not release the film and that’s another reason why the film may get postponed. Although Book My Show, a ticket booking platform is still showing the date as 6th September with 5 days remaining to release the advance bookings for the film have not begun which is very concerning.

As per Inside reports, the film will be released on the same day and producers and makers are working with the Censor board to fix the issue. Kangana’s political statements and Haryana Elections also impact the film in some way and it would be interesting to see the next move of Kangana.
Fans on X are super angry with the Party and Censor board for not taking a stand on Kangana. One of the fans commented that ‘she is the MP of the ruling Party and her film is getting halted, this is concerning.’ As of now, there is no official news about postponement but things are not looking good for Kangana and the ‘Emergency‘ film.
