The story of the film starts with a person named A.K Srivastava, played by Pankaj Tripathi. Srivastava is in the hospital, and it looks like he has lost his memory. Here we get to see the character named Sakshi, who claims that she is his daughter. Srivastava says that he doesn’t have any daughter and he only has a son named Aditya.
The story of the show starts with flashbacks, and we get to see the story of Sakshi. It starts with a party where we see that Sakshi and her brother Aditya have a terrible relationship with their father, and he is kind of a very strict father. That’s why Sakshi and Aditya call him “Kadak Singh.” We also get to see the new character named Arjun, who works with Srivastava in the office. Later on, we get to see that there is a company named Golden Son, and there are various people who have their money invested in it.

In the next frame, we get to see that Aditya is addicted to drugs and smoking. Later on, we get to see that Sakshi saw her father with another lady in the shopping mall. Her name was “Naina,” and Sakshi was shocked to see her father like this, and they get into an argument. In the night, we get to see that Sakshi gets a phone call that Srivastava tries to commit suicide. After the accident, Sakshi sends Aditya to a rehabilitation center.
Later on, we get to see that Srivastava has written a suicide note in which he tells that he was depressed after the conversation with his daughter. The story now jumps to the present situation where we get to see that Srivastava has forgotten some part of his memories and he remembers only a few things. After reading the suicide note, Sakshi suspects that this was not a suicide but it was kind of a pre-planned murder.
Later on, we get to see another flashback where we get to see that Aditya was the reason behind her mother’s death. On the other hand, we get to see that Srivastava is involved with a person who did the scam, but there is no evidence against him. Later on, we get to see the story of Naina. Naina recalls that she and Srivastava met in the restaurant, and then they fall in love with each other.
Later on, we get to see that Naina and Srivastava also get physical with each other. Again, as expected, Srivastava says that he doesn’t remember her. Now at last, we get to see the Tyagi version of the story. Tyagi tells Srivastava that one of the colleagues in Srivastava’s office was caught by him, and after the interrogation, he jumps out from the office. On the other hand, during the internal inquiry, Arjun tells the investigator that Srivastava saw her daughter with someone else in a hotel, that’s why he tries to commit suicide.

In the next frame, we get to see the Arjun side of the story in which we get to see that Arjun was with Srivastava in the investigation of the Golden Sun scam, and here we get to know the name “Mantu Man Singh,” the man behind the scam.
In the climax, we get to see that it’s all part of Tyagi and Shubash’s plan. They both were involved in the Golden Sun scam, and as Srivastava was the only one who was investigating the case, they decided to remove him from their ways, and thus they planned the murder of Srivastava but ultimately it fails. Although Kadak Singh didn’t get his memory back, he cracks the case, and later on, Tyagi and Shubash were arrested in the case. The hotel accident was also part of Tyagi’s plan.
