When she face-to-face with Gravik, Gravik told her that He locked down the Skrulls. After that, The Series didn’t reveal the other Skrulls where they are now. We can assume that they are safe now with G’iah.
So, it’s not clear that All other Rebek Skrulls are already killed by Gravik or not. Its really doesn’t matter because they saw the real face of Gravik so they must be against him and end up life.
