It’s only been more than a couple of months since the release of Morbius, a SONY production that tapped into the SONY Spiderman universe that they had been developing which starred Jared Leto as the doctor who wants to save himself at any cost from the rare blood disorder.

Met with hilariously negative reviews, Morbius has easily become the punching bag or you might say the stress reliever ball for people all over the world. The SONY Film co-produced with MARVEL is so awful that it has a rating of 17% on RottenTomatoes.

The film hasn’t even managed to cover the budget expenses on the box office and something hilarious is happening all over the world and it should be highlighted. Now, Morbius was released on April 1st, 2022 and it bombed completely like it did real poor but managed to scrape the surface. The film instantly became a laugh riot for people around the world tweeting funny memes and catchphrases around it which also gave rise to “Its Morbin’ Time!”.

SONY saw the popularity of the film online and thought maybe if they release the film again in the theatres over a weekend, maybe it’ll do better and then the film was released in selected 1000 Theatres in the US which only raked in 85000 Dollars, mathematically doing 85 Dollars per theatre which is a joke.

The story doesn’t end here. Now, there’s a petition online for releasing Morbius the third time in the theatres that says “We were all busy during the weekend you released the film, please release it in the theatres the third time” which is freaking hilarious to see.

The petition is at 29K now and it needs to reach at 35K to be the largest petition on the website. The petition is live on change.org so please if you would like to watch the film again, do sign the petition as I have!
