Rosamund Pike and Daniel Henney starrer Amazon Prime Video’s Big Budget fantasy series “The Wheel of Time” is renewed for a third season even before the release of the second season.
At the SDCC (San Diego Comic-Con), the announcement was made on Amazon’s panel. Executive producer and showrunner Rafe Judkins expressed his thrillingness about the renewal of the series.
Season 01 was released on 19th November 2021 and followed the story of Moiraine, who’s on a journey with five young hot-blooded youngsters; one of whom is destined to be the reincarnation of the Dragon. A dragon who is either going to save the world or destroy all humanity.
Amazon Studios’ Head of global television, Vernon Sanders said that they are very excited to explore the world of The Wheel of Time.
Along with Rosamund Pike and Daniel Henney, Josha Stradowski, Madeleine Madden, Zoë Robins, and Marcus Rutherford are also one of the leading cast members of season one. Season 1 is in production as of now and it’s surprising to see Amazon announce the third season even before making and launching season 02.
