Netflix’s original Turkish 8-episode thriller show, Terzi aka The Tailor, is now available to watch on Netflix in English, Turkish, and many other dubbed versions along with subtitles. Each episode is around 40-45 minutes long. I just finished the show, and here is a detailed review of it.

We are also covering the Episode wise Recap and Ending Explanation of the show. You can also check the Episode 1 Recap of the show.

The show stars Çagatay Ulusoy as Peyami, who is a talented tailor and designer. Everything was going well in Peyami’s life until the death of his grandfather. After the death of his grandfather, Peyami’s family shifted with him, and here the whole story begins. Peyami’s father is a mentally challenged man, and Peyami never liked him. Peyami is designing a wedding dress for his friend Damitir, and in between all this, he falls for the bride. What happened after that is shocking, and to know that, you have to watch the full show on Netflix.

The story of the show looks interesting in the beginning, but then it becomes repetitive. There are some twists and turns that keep the series alive, but still, the show turns out to be an average affair. The songs and BGM are good, and you are going to love the songs for sure. The locations and the detailing of the show are other plus points of the show.

Çagatay Ulusoy looks brilliant in his role, and he has done a phenomenal job. Olgun Şimşek is the hero of the show, and he nails it in the mentally challenged role. Şifanur Gül looks brilliant too. All the other actors have done a decent job, and there is no issue with the performances in the show.

The pace of the show in the middle is very slow, and some sequences and episodes make no sense, and they were not needed at all. The screenplay is scattered, and the cinematography is not up to the mark either. There are some good moments in the show, but the show fails to deliver what it promises to offer.

I am going with 2.5 out of 5 stars for the show. The show lacks thrill, but if you are a fan of Turkish drama shows, then you may watch the whole series on Netflix. The series is not available in the Hindi dubbed version and is not suitable to watch with family and kids.
