As per the reports, Paramount pictures has purchased the remake rights of the blockbuster Korean movie “The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil” and they will officially make a remake of this movie. The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil was a crime thriller movie starring Don Lee. There are changes that Paramount will star Don Lee again for the same role in the remake.

The story will be changed a bit and it will be about a Gangster who wants to walk on a path of redemption and he faces many threats and challenges in order to do that.

The original story was different than this one. In the original movie, Don Lee’s gangster character barely survives a deadly attack and he then decides to find out the person who did this and take revenge.

Don Lee will also be one of the producers of this movie along with Chris S Lee and Billy Acumen and Sylvester Stallone. Don Lee will be producing the movie through his own production house named Gorilla 8 Productions.

Don Lee reprised roles in iconic movies such as Train To Busan and Marvel’s heavily criticized movie The Eternals. The original movie “The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil” holds a rating of 97% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. Lee Won-Tae directed this movie and was acclaimed by critics and audiences both
