I know I am going to get lots of hate after this, but honestly speaking, the teaser of Salaar was slightly below my expectations. The teaser was good. I am not saying that it is a bad or average teaser. The only issue with the teaser is that it doesn’t match with the hype. Here, I am going to tell you what I liked and what I disliked about the teaser.
The best thing about the teaser is that they are hiding the faces of the main lead actor and the villain of the film. I am pretty sure that they are going to be the surprise package in the film. Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Hassan, and many others’ identities are yet to be revealed. Prabhas’ looks are also not fully revealed by the makers, and I am sure that the audiences are going to love it.
The film is said to be set in the same universe, and I have no issue with the color grade and shades of the film. The only issue is, will the audiences accept the same color grade and the same themed film again and again? Why is there a need for a dark-shaded-themed film for the action genre? Well, the story is going to play a crucial role in the film, and now it will be interesting to see the trailer.
As of now, the teaser of Salaar is good, but it left me expecting something bigger and better. Let’s wait for the trailer.
The film is all set for release on Big Screens from 28th September 2023, The film stars Prabhas, Prithviraj, Shruthi Haasan, Tinu Anand, Eshwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, Garuda Ram and is created and directed by Prashanth Neel.
