Panchayat Season 3 Review: The much-awaited Amazon Prime Video original web series, Panchayat, is now streaming with a total of 8 episodes. Season 3 of the show was one of the most anticipated shows of this year, following closely behind Mirzapur. Here, I’m going to tell you about the story, the performances, and both the good and bad aspects of the show.

The story of the show starts with the appointment of New Scahiv in Phulera but due to the planning of Pradhan and Vikash, They manage to get him out of Phulera. On the other hand, MLA was given 2 years of Jail by a local court after the request of Manju Devi Sachiv Abhishek Pathak return back to Phulera Panchayat as Sachiv. Now how he will deal with the local Politics in Phulera and what will happen between Abhishek and Rinki? To know this all, You need to watch the 8 episodes of season 3.

The story of the series revolves around Banrakas looking to gain a political edge in Phulera and the story feels real and raw. Small incidents like the distribution of PMAY Houses and other storylines look really fresh. The love story between Rinki and Abhishek moves further. Although none of the two is ready to confess that they like each other. The sequences of car talks between Rinki and Abhishek feel refreshing and I loved the writing and screenplay.

The pain of Prahlad was beautifully portrayed by Faisal Malik. He nails it again in the role and he is one of the biggest hidden pillars of the show. Chandan Roy as Vikash also looks good. The music again is top notch and that song ‘Babua Hamar DM Hoihe’ brings back nostalgia.  Durgesh Kumar as Bhushan looks proper villain on the screen and there is no doubt that this one if one of his best performances to date. Sanvi Playing Rinki looks very confident in this season and his chemistry with Jitendra Kumar was top-class.

Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta and Pankaj Jha have also done a fantastic job in their respective role. The reunion of Ganesh and Abhishek was a treat to watch too. I Hope Asif gets more role and screen time in the upcoming season.

I am going with 3.5 Out of 5 stars for the show. The show looks slightly dull in the beginning but later it is worth your time. Although the one-liners like season 2 are missing in the show and I was expecting something more from Ahsok Pathak (Binod) but the writing seems dull in season 3.

There are some flaws in season 3., But the series is one of the best shows released this year and it is worth your time. Go and watch all the episodes of Panchayat season 3 on Prime Video.
